Zoyyle Account Deletion

At Zoyyle, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their

accounts and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Zoyyle account directly from within the app:

  1.Open the Zoyyle app.

  2.Go to Settings.

  3.Tap Delete Account.

  4.Review the information shown and confirm the deletion request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If You Cannot Access the Zoyyle App

If you are unable to access your Zoyyle account or cannot use the in-app account deletion option, you

 can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please use the email address associated with your Zoyyle account when submitting your request. We

 may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Your Zoyyle profile information is removed.
• Your uploaded photos are removed.
• Your account access is permanently disabled.
• Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted.
• Your account-related content and information that is eligible for deletion are removed from our systems.

Data Retention

For security, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, and legal compliance purposes, we may retain limited

information such as:

• User ID (UID)
• Email address
• Account deletion timestamp
• Information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of our policies

Any information retained for these purposes is stored securely and is not used for marketing purposes.

Retention period: We retain such limited information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the

 purposes described above or as required or permitted by applicable law.

Deletion Requests

We will process valid account-deletion requests in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and

 legal requirements.

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes,

 enforce our policies, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security of Zoyyle and its users.
